Sheet transport – Achieved using a sheet feeder arranged at a right angle. The sheets are fed into the machine in an overlapping manner.
Precise positioning – Thanks to front and side marks.
Two suction nozzles – These nozzles transfer the sheets with a high level of precision to a gripper bar.
Gripper bar system – The KAMA gripper bar system features an optimized transport flow and transports the sheets through the machine on one single level using the agitated upper table principle.
Delivery unit – Equipped with an automatic lowering stack and non-stop device. The die cut sheet is transported securely to the delivery unit by its longitudinal side.
Accessibility – Locking frames and cutting plates are accessible easily and quickly from the delivery side of the machine.
Construction – The KAMA TS 74 Automatic Die Cutter is constructed entirely on a single monoblock with integrated vibration absorbers. It is delivered in one single unit and is ready for operation by the customer in a very short period of time. |
